Start with the operating reality.
Technology is rarely the whole problem. The real challenge usually sits between the system, the commercial objective, the people doing the work, and the people expected to trust the result.
I try to understand those relationships before prescribing an answer. That means asking better questions, making complexity visible, and separating what is merely impressive from what is genuinely useful.
I believe clarity is practical. It gives people a shared view of the problem, improves the next decision, and turns an idea into something that can survive contact with the real world.
